Paragraph 7 Correspondence

Correspondence addressed to the Association Council shall be directed to the Secretary of either the Union or of Ukraine, who in turn will inform the other Secretary.

The Secretaries of the Association Council shall ensure that correspondence is forwarded to the Chair of the Association Council and, where appropriate, circulated to the members of the Association Council.

Correspondence so circulated shall be sent, as appropriate, to the General Secretariat of the European Commission, the European External Action Service, the Permanent Representations of the Member States to the European Union and the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, as well as the Mission of Ukraine to the European Union.

Communications from the Chair shall be sent to the addressees by the Secretaries on behalf of the Chair. Such communications shall be circulated, where appropriate, to the members of the Association Council as provided for in paragraph 3.
